Associate Pastor Cindy Fraser

Pastor Cindy, lovingly known as “ PC” currently serves in the capacity of Associate Pastor at Predestined for Purpose Ministries. Amid wearing many hats within the house of faith, she is member of the PFP Pastoral Council and overseer of several church auxiliaries: Finance, Youth, Women & Events department.

Since surrendering her life to Christ in 2006, Pastor Cindy has intentionally pursued and matured into a servant and leader after GOD’s own heart. She has earnestly accepted the call to salvation and the extensive work of ministry. Pastor Cindy steadfastly stands on the confession “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me”(Galatians 2:19-21).

Her passion for her Father’s business and seeking first the Kingdom of GOD and all His Righteousness is remarkable. Whether teaching, preaching, intercessory praying, prophetically interpreting & decreeing, outreaching to souls, encouraging the brethren or executing in excellence any Kingdom agenda she puts her hands to, the priority of heart’s desire will always be to please her Sovereign GOD. Pastor Cindy remains determined to let the light of GOD shine within that others may see good works and glorify our Holy Father who is in Heaven.

In the workforce, Pastor Cindy is a Practice Supervisor within the Yale-New Haven Health System, a non- profit organization providing comprehensive, advanced patient care to several thousand adults & children in the greater CT-NY area. She received her Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Biological Sciences from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT. Pastor Cindy also obtained her Master in Business Administration from Long Island University in Purchase, NY. Lastly, she completed a few elective seminary courses with certification through Christ Seminary College (Yonkers) and New Faith Bible Institute (Bronx). She happily resides in Westchester County, NY with her beautiful daughter.

Pastor Erwin Gilliam

Pastor Erwin Gilliam, or who we affectionately call “Bishop Fire” is a native of Brooklyn, New York and was raised in Westchester County, New York. He is an entrepreneur, a husband, a father and a man after God’s own heart. His father, the late Bishop Erwin Gilliam of the Salvation and Deliverance Church of Harlem, paved the way for him to answer the call of God on his life.

In 2004, Pastor Erwin Gilliam surrendered his life to Christ. His life inspired the people around him to serve God wholeheartedly as he demonstrated the love of God. In 2005, he was ordained as a minister at the Salvation and Deliverance Church. He served in this ministry for 17 years and his walk touched the lives of those that he encountered daily.

In 2017, Pastor Erwin became a member of Predestined for Purpose Ministries. He is an upstanding member, and he exemplifies exceptional leadership skills. Furthermore, he leads several ministerial auxiliaries such as: the Men’s Ministry, the Usher Board, and the Facilities Department. In 2017 he was joined in holy matrimony to the poised and powerful Prophetess Toy Gilliam. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with in the kingdom.

In 2021, Pastor Erwin Gilliam was elevated and ordained as a Pastor at Predestined for Purpose Ministries.

Pastor Erwin is a man “beyond the four walls” as he has the heart to serve the kingdom and the community. He spreads the good news in men’s shelters, prisons, and juvenile detention centers.

He is an active council member of the Youth Board in White Plains, New York. He is the father to two charming children, Erwin III and Zakyra. He is the owner of Erwin’s Barbershop located in White Plains, New York.

All in all, he is an upstanding man of God with a humble spirit.
